Who does the work
Vetting you can check, not faces you can't.
Anyone can put stock photos and invented handles on a team page. What actually protects your account is what someone has to pass before they can touch it, so that is what we publish.
We are not going to invent a bench
SherpaGrinders is small and new, and the grinder marketplace is open for applications rather than fully staffed. We would rather tell you that than show you a wall of personas. If a shop shows you six named specialists and no way to verify any of them, you are looking at marketing, not a team.
What does not change with headcount: every order is hand-played, never botted, and you can ask for a screen-share or a recording at any point in your ticket.
What someone passes before they touch your account
A public application, not an invite
Anyone can apply, and applying is the only way in. There is no back channel that skips the checks below.
Approval before anything is touched
An application sits pending until it is approved by hand. Until then it cannot bid on a job, cannot be assigned one, and cannot be paid. Approval is what issues the access token in the first place.
A refundable good-faith deposit
Approved grinders post a deposit that is theirs to get back. It exists so that walking away from an order costs something real rather than nothing.
A trust score that follows the work
Behaviour is scored across jobs, and the score is part of how work is assigned. It is not a badge; it moves.
Suspension that takes effect immediately
A suspension forfeits the deposit and kills the access token in the same action. There is no window where a suspended account still has reach into an order.
Why you will not see real names
Privacy cuts both ways. Grinders stay pseudonymous to protect them and your account: the fewer real identities tied to a job, the smaller the attack surface. You will always know who is on your order inside your private Discord ticket.
