Turnaround
We stopped selling queue-jumps.
We used to offer Priority at +15% and Instant at +30%. We've withdrawn both, because we couldn't point at the machinery that would have delivered them.
Why we pulled them
Those tiers promised a place at the front of the fulfillment queue and assignment to a senior grinder. When we audited our own order engine against that promise, neither existed: work is assigned by sealed bid and open jobs run first-come-first-served. Nothing in the system ordered by tier.
Taking a surcharge for a queue position we couldn't guarantee is the kind of thing we tell you other shops do. So the tiers are gone until the mechanism behind them is real, and no order is charged for them in the meantime.
One queue, one standard
There is no paid fast lane, so there is no slow lane to be stuck in. Every order is hand-played and tracked the same way, whether it is a $20 quest or a $600 build.
An ETA before you pay, not after
Timing is quoted in your ticket against the specific work you're ordering. If the timing you need isn't possible, we say so before you spend anything rather than after.
Your order holds its place while we're away
Checkout is crypto and payment verification is automatic, so an order placed at 3am is verified, reserved and queued without anyone being awake for it.
Time-sensitive order? Say so in your ticket. We'll tell you honestly whether the timing works before you pay. Every SherpaGrinders order is hand-played, access-locked and crypto-secured regardless.
